Making purchases from our online bookstore is easy and very similar to other large bookstores. The Płatnik payment system guarantees that your transactions are fully secure.
Ordered books will be sent via courier service. Books are dispatched within three working days.
You may find some titles marked as out of stock. We normally have a few copies of such titles available, but only via e-mail orders. You will be notified within 24 hours if your order can be accepted.
You may purchase journals in electronic format (PDF) – either as a whole issue or as individual articles.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not receive an e-mail confirming your purchase, please check the spam folder in your inbox.
Libraries in Poland receive preferential treatment. Payments are made by bank transfer after ordered books are received (with an invoice).
For orders over PLN 1,000, individual discounts may be negotiated.
In orders that raise our concern, we may use additional purchase verification procedures and reserve the right to refuse to process your order.

Your payment for books and fee for delivery are processed by means depending on the option chosen (bank transfer, payU, credit card, cash, etc.) and are shown on the website once your order is finalised.
